Spanish gin and tonic with elderflowers

Let yourself be captivated by the intoxicating combination of gin and elderflowers, a harmonious blend of floral freshness and spirituous elegance!

You will need ( 2 people):

  • 6 cl Gin
  • 18 cl elderflower tonic
  • 4 slices of pink grapefruit
  • a few juniper berries
  • Sprigs of rosemary

To make:

  1. Refrigerate the drinking glasses for half an hour.
  2. Add ice to the glass and squeeze a slice of grapefruit into the glass.
  3. Place another slice of grapefruit in the glass, the juniper berries and a sprig of rosemary in the glass.
  4. Then pour in the gin, followed by the tonic.
  5. Finally, stir!

Now all you have to do is enjoy!

A few tips:




It’s important to add the grapefruit slice, juniper berries and rosemary sprigs before the gin and tonic to help infuse the drink with their flavours.


Lychee, prosecco and rosewater cocktail

Ingredients ( 1 glass):

  • 12 cl Prosecco
  • 4 tbsp lychee juice
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • 1 lychee

To make:

  1. Pour the Prosecco into ¾ of the glass.
  2. Top up with the lychee juice.
  3. Finish with the rose water.
  4. Place the lychee at the bottom of the glass.



  • If you want a sweeter cocktail with a stronger lychee flavour, pour Prosecco halfway down the glass and top it off with lychee juice. Then add the rose water as required.
  • To colour the cocktail pink, add a few drops of pomegranate or a few drops of pink dye.

Lotus Flower

  • 4 cl pineapple juice
  • 3 cl mango nectar

  2. Pour in the pineapple juice, mango nectar, lychee nectar and mango flower syrup.
